Carole is an entrepreneur in spirit and brings a vast amount of management and training experience to the Wager's Way program.
She is the founder and principal at Communication Management Strategies, a consulting firm dedicated to assisting businesses, associations and other organizations in maximizing the effectiveness of their public relations and public affairs techniques and programs. During her career, she has created and directed a variety of executive and manager level professional development programs, conducted numerous individual coaching and mentoring efforts and facilitated communications training sessions to aid in workplace interaction, relationship-building and external spokesperson responsibilities. She has a particular passion for mentoring young leaders. In addition to her success as a communications and management consultant she also has authored three travel/history books focused on the existing sites from the Middle and Tudor ages in Great Britain.
As a non-horse person, she came to Wager's Way with an active curiosity about how the whole process would play out. Here's what she says about the program now:
In all my years of experience with creating, facilitating and participating in all types of professional development programs, I have rarely experienced anything as effective as experiential learning with horses as facilitators. The outcomes are phenomenal and the revelations that occur routinely during workshops continually surprise me as well as the participants. -- Carole Trimble

I thought the facilitators did a great job in explaining everything from horse safety to relating horse behavior to human behavior.
